THAILAND , Bangkok
5 Day 5 Night | Pratuname Market | Day 2
Chatuchuk was huge.
We took the BTS to mo chit and went to Chatuchuk weekend market in the morning. The BTS station was at the far end of one end of Chatuchuk, and yet, even before reaching the station we knew we were reaching from simply looking out the window and watching the train move pass the entire plot of land filled with warehouse like buildings.
The clothing there is a bit cheaper than what you get from normal night market. Unfortunately, i didn't manage to buy much for myself. The weather there was hot and humid. The vast amount of people did not help cool the place down.
We stayed there to have lunch at a shop we passed by and left the place soon after.
Back at the hotel,we went for a foot massage and a bathe we left for dinner at a ramen store, the place had a foul smell but the ramen was delicious.
We went to Siam for the Ocean World, followed by walking to platinum mall, not a wise choice since it was closing at about 1 hour at that time but oh well.
There are night markets everywhere along the street so you still can get to see lots of stuff (:
