8 Day 7 Night | BeiJing | Crowne Plaza 

Travelling with the bf's family (:

Is this a scary thought? Many of my friends worry that I might not "survive" the trip well. However, it turn out to be fine, maybe joining the tour group with all the planned activity help. So here we go 8 days in Beijing, Capital of China.

We stayed only in one hotel throughout the trip which is kinda surprising. The hotel was considered 5 Star in China, the service was alright, the room was bit old but clean, menu is the same everyday but my watch was stolen ):

Apologies for the half shot of bath tub, not sure why I shot it this way too ): To my surprise, the water was clear unlike the first few trip I had in China where the water is in yellow shade (:

Basic toiletries provided..

The hotel was located near their Orchard road and it was super convenient to visit the stores at night. The temperature was around 5 degree Celsius to minus at times hence there were few clothes that we could buy to wear in our tropical climate. We mostly bought food and accessories as gift to friend and family.

There was no planned activity for the first day after our dinner hence we walk around the area for a bit before heading back to rest for the day...

Visit | Kinoshita Japanese BBQ 

My urge of BBQ meat did not go away after previous two meaty meal. So here we are at Jurong East visiting my Ex Company that did customizable metal works. It was around 12 when we left Toh Guan Area near IMM and we took a Kitty shuttle bus to West gate.

We didn't specifically look for any review for recommended place to eat at this area and we just happen to chance upon this place and it was unforgettable (: 

After deciding to get the Ala Carte Buffet as shown, we were greeted and seated quickly as there was only 1 couple in the restaurant before us. The place was very clean and cozy (:

You can order everything that is shown in the menu above, so here are some that we have ordered.

Two garden Salad which was very fresh and tasty

There is no receipt but i went to check my account, I paid a total of $70.15 for both of us including service and tax. Which is extremely worth it and will definitely recommend my friend to come over (:

7 Day 6 Night | Hoang Hai Long Hotel | Day 1

Our first Hotel so far we have visited that comes with a Jacuzzi. hahas

Other than the fact that the hotel looks old, the rooms and service they offer was in good condition and clean.

We book the hotel for 2 pax but it turns out to be 1 queen size bed and 1 king size bed. 

The room was very spacious and bright unlike some

Upon our arrival at the hotel, Han realize that he has dropped his wallet in the Airport Taxi and we were both lost to what we should do and they came forward to assist us. They tried to contact the Airport Taxi service and luckily for us the cab we took was a registered Airport Taxi (:

After a tortures morning, the front desk inform us that the Taxi Uncle found Han's wallet and it has been untouched all the cash and cards were all intact <3 We were so relieved as half of our travel expenses is inside that missing wallet.

We had to pay for the distant travel from Airport to Our hotel once again for the cab with our wallet and we gave him extra as hardly in a foreign country someone is so kind heart-ed <3

6 Day 5 Night | Royal Plaza Hotel

Upon arrival staff will help you with your luggage and bring you to the check in counter, they speak fluent english and have very awesome attitudes (: 

We had an upgrade of the hotel room i think as we had book a family room but probably thy gave us a larger one. It was located on the highest floor of the hotel which the elevator only serve up to 18, one floor lower. So we let the bellboy carry the luggage and we walk up the flight of stairs.
The hotel looks grand with all the seamless design and finishes they choose for their counter, ceiling, handrail. 
Now for the room (:

There is a bathtub with curtains that you can roll up to see the room, it is separated by a huge clear glass. Maybe more usable for couple ?

This is the first hotel i have been so far that give provides sea salt scrub and loofah among the toilet necessity. Interesting : D

There was walking space after we had put our luggage which is good, a tv where you can buy movies to watch and a reading corner.

To the bar counter
Some liquor and beer, chocolates, evian water and more to pay with a price of course if you really want to consume. 

Foc : 4 bottles of mineral water and 2 capsules of instant coffee everyday And typical tea and coffee powder. 
My dad like the machine as he is a coffee drinker and he feels that it taste not bad, so we might be getting one soon (:

Out of the hotel 

There is this huge shopping mall right below (SOHO, higher end place with all the branded names), mrt station also connected ( station). 
A few streets loaded with shop houses and malls (cheaper and some good quality clothings ) and pets.

Singapore - Cameron Highland | Day 1

Parkland Apartment 

It was close to 12am when we reached our apartment, the place was quiet and cooling a good place to relax and enjoy your holiday. So happy that we reached after such a long drive and getting lost sp many times (:

Our rented apartment consist of 3 room (2 room with 2 single bed and 1 room with 2 double bed) all with toilet and heater, living room, a little balcony and kitchen.

First room which is where I stay for 3 nights

There is no air con installed as the weather is always cool. You just need to open your window slightly to reach a air conditioned temperature but make sure there is an insect netting installed. As insect might fly in from surrounding plantation. 

A huge moth came to visit us the second day.

Each room has it own toilet

Second room is similar to mine with 2 single bed and insect screen.

Pantry with basic amenities, fridge, sink and kettle.

Heater for all of the three toilet that we are using 

Third Bedroom consist of two double bed and a toilet attached.

The scenic we have at our living room was some cottage looking houses.

The location was good as it was like a little town around here, many restaurants and some market are just min away with driving. This market is at 20 min walking distant from our apartment, it was a weekday when we went and the place was already kind of crowded. Mainly food and snacks can be found there with some souvenirs stores but the price was bit more expensive than kea market.
