Three Sisters | 三姐妹

Myth :

Three beautiful sisters named Meehni, Wimlah and Gunnedoo once lived with the Gundungurra people in the Jamison Valley. They were in loved with three brothers from the next village but it was forbidden by the tribal law.

The brothers wanted to take the three sisters by force and started the tribal war. Kuradjuri from the sisters' village turn them into stone to protect them from danger and intended to turn them back when the war ended.

However, Kuradjuri was killed in the battle and no one is able to break the spell and bring the sister back to life.

We took the world steepest passenger railway with a incline of 52 degree from the top of the scenic center to the Three sisters viewing area. The view is so damn AWESOME :D Although the bus ride to this place was not fun at all ): we wasted half day sitting on bus to get to this place!

This is like the scariest ride, well you are safe from flying out of this enclosed area of course but when it started to go down . I was like literally standing from sitting position >. <

Before the ride (:

We reached the lower end of the three sisters viewing area after the super fast" railway " . During the trip down, you will be really super duper close with the mountain rocks.
